Apart from allegations of being a sexual predator…
…and apart from being severed of his affiliation with “Jews for Judaism” due to the accusations…
…Rabbi Tovia Singer is all smoke and mirrors.
Evasions and side-stepping are his stock and trade. [Clip]
[“My name is Rabbi Tovia Singer, I’m the director of an organization called, ‘Outreach To Judaism.’ I’ve devoted my life to help Jews who’ve converted to Christianity return back to the Jewish faith.”]
Seems like Singer has devoted his life instead to running from justice.
In 2006, it is reported that, “The Awareness Center,” a Jewish organization, was investigating Singer as “The Predator Rabbi.”
Singer, reportedly, fled to Indonesia, where some Dutch co-religionists founded his ministry, “Outreach To Judaism.”
Singer lived there, it is said, for quite a few years posting his videos and podcasts.
He finally moved to Jerusalem with no record of this “exile” ever “returning” to America.
All enough to suggest that perhaps Singer’s been dodging criminal complaints, or something not too kosher.
Israel doesn’t extradite fleeing criminals. [Clip]
[“Evangelical Christians are targeting Jews worldwide spending 100s of millions of dollars to bring you and those who you love into the Church. They claim that Jesus is the Messiah.”]
So did 120 Jewish apostles.
And that ‘Hebrew of the Hebrews,’ St Paul, who studied under the famous Rabbi Gamaliel. [Clip]
[“Now belief in the messiah is uniquely Jewish and it’s a fundamental belief of the Jewish faith. They claim that Jesus somehow fulfilled these prophecies. But really, what does the Jewish scriptures say about the messiah? Why doesn’t Judaism accept this Christian claim?”]
Because Israel throughout Old Testament history did not accept Moses, nor the prophets.
But stoned them, hunted them down, and killed them.
That’s why they rejected their own Messiah when He came.
Prone to loathe. [Clip]
[“Why doesn’t Judaism accept this Christian claim? It’s a fantastic claim and it lacks evidence.”]
Plenty of evidence.
The Sanhedrin was very aware of the miracles of Jesus.
And because of the miracles proving His divinity, it feared that “all would believe in Him and the Romans would take away their place and nation.” [Clip]
[“Tanakh tells us, our Hebrew Bible tells us, that there are certain events that will unfold in the messianic age. When moshiach comes there’ll be an ingathering of the exiles. That’s Ezekiel Chapter 37.”]
No such thing.
Jewish “exiles” no longer exist.
But a “Diaspora”—according to Judaism’s own lights—where in fact, Jewish people enjoy great freedoms.
Ezekiel is speaking of the “exiles” of the Babylonian captivity who would soon return to Israel under Ezra in 450 BC.
Not some huge future event.
Where Singer finds a “messianic age” in Ezekiel 37 beats me.
It’s a about a physical and Spiritual restoration of the captivity, of which Ezekiel was part.
“Them bones, dem bones, dem dry bones.” [Clip]
[“The knowledge of God will cover the world as the water covers the sea. That’s Isaiah Chapter 11, verse 9 and verse 10.”]
Cherry picking…completely out of context.
The context is Messiah issuing out of the root of Jesse, the father of King David.
Messiah, of the clan of David, would come to a united twelve tribes of Israel—(which no longer exist)—so it must have already occurred.
Messiah’s work would fill the “eretz,” “land of Israel”—not “world”— misquoted by Singer apparently to mislead.
The Messiah’s “filling the land with the knowledge of God” was a point of contention for the Pharisees and Scribes in Acts chapter 5.
Stop here.
I grew up in the synagogue and why continue refuting this rabbinic poseur.
Glad to do it with a Jewish scholar…but not Singer.
With a huge, oversized brush, Singer uses a teeny, weeny, itzy, bitzy tweezer to extract a “moshiach.”
Well, the conflict is obvious, I will pray for everyone involved. I wish Hyman Rickover was still Alive, he would straitened this whole mess out on a very short time span.
It always fascinates me that rabbis are so intent on discrediting Christianity when it is the ONLY reason we have to tolerate Jews, and history shows what happens to Jews when it is suppressed. Oh well, as a dog returns to its vomit…

Singer’s ‘schooling’ boils down to this:
“How do you know Jesus is not the Messiah?
Ezekiel 37 says so.”
It doesn’t.
Jews for Judaism wants nothing to do with him…
…neither do I.
