Each Message to the Seven Churches in Revelations has a 5-part structure:
1) Christ’s Lordship
2) Record of Faithfulness and Disobedience
3) Call to Repentance
4) Promise of Blessing
5) Commission to Conquer
This 5-part structure is seen in the Message to Ephesus:
1) “He Who Holds the seven stars Who walks in the midst of the seven golden lampstands.”
Christ’s Lordship.
2) “I know thy works, nevertheless I have somewhat against thee because thou hast left thy first love.”
Record of Faithfulness and Disobedience.
3) “Repent or else I will remove thy lampstand out of its place.”
Call to Repentance.
4) “This thou hast, that you hate the deeds of the Nicolatians, which I also hate.”
Promise of Blessing.
5) “To him who overcomes will I give to eat of the Tree of Life.”
Commission To Conquer.
In each Message we witness the language of redemptive history.
Ephesus—The Language of Paradise
“To him that overcomes will I give to eat of the Tree of Life which is in the midst of the paradise of God.”
By re-opening the Gates of Eden, Jesus grants the Tree of Life to those who gain the victory over the tempter, the devil.
Smyrna—The Language Of The Patriarchs
“I know thy poverty but thou art rich.”
This recalls the patriarchs who lived as “strangers” in the land of promise.
Pergamos—The Language Of Israel In The Wilderness
“These things saith He Who has the sharp sword. I know where you dwell, where Satan’s seat is, where Balaam’s doctrine is held, who taught Balac to make Israel commit fornication.”
This recalls the enemies of The Church in the wilderness—Balaam and Balac—who made Israel to sin against God.
Like Phineas of old, Christ cuts down the enemies of The Church with His sword.
Thyatira —The Language Of The Davidic Monarchy
“He who overcomes will I give power over the nations.”
This recalls God’s covenant with David whose “Son” with “His people” will rule the nations through The Church as a paradigm of morality.
Sardis—The Language Of The Prophets
“Strengthen the things which remain that are ready to die. Remember how thou hast received and heard.”
This recalls the prophets who spoke of a “remnant” who alone remain faithful to the Word of God.
Philadelphia—The Language Of The Return
“Thou hast a little strength and hast not denied My Name. He that overcomes will I make a pillar in the temple of my God.”
The Philadelphians—like the returning Jews from exile who rebuilt the temple—have a “little strength” to “overcome a time of testing,” like the Maccabees did under Antiochus.
This “time of testing” is the persecution of The Church by the Caesars who required Christians to “deny the Name of Jesus Christ.”
No “rapture” here, no “Russian hordes” of Protestant futuristic nonsense.
But a call to “overcome” the Roman persecution then to take place over the entire world.
Laodicea—The Language Of The Last Days Leading To 70 AD
“Thou art neither cold nor hot. Because thou art lukewarm I will spew thee out of My mouth.”
As Israel was warned it would be “spewed out of the Land” for rejecting the Messiah Who they crucified in heedlessness, the Laodiceans are warned they will be “spewed out of the mouth of the Lord” for their lukewarmness.
The Messages to the Seven Churches are strident urgings to repentance—due to “things which must shortly come to pass”—as St John stresses three times in Revelations.
Yet each Message has practical teachings for us today.
We must repent right now—like the Seven Churches—or our lampstands will be taken from their place.
This is the final countdown. Holy motherland Russia, with over 30.000.000 martyrs, is paving the way of Eastern Orthodoxy against Anglozionism. A purifying fire is waiting!
I spent 25 years after leaving the Church of Christ in Dispensational Premillennial denominations until I finally woke up to the outrageous lies of this eschatological position. I found out the lie begins with the perversion of Daniel 9’s 490 year prophecy. Historically understood, Jesus personally fulfilled the final 7 years of this prophecy in a continuous 490 year prophecy. Dispensationalism posits that the final 7 years of this prophecy is disjointed from the first 483 years and will be fulfilled in a future state of Israhell. It is an outrageous perversion of God’s word. I am trying to warn my fellow Protestant fundamentalist believers that they have been sold a bill of goods. So far, almost no luck. Protestants are fast asleep and they essentially worship “God’s people” and support Israhell unconditionally. Truly, it is astonishing.
Galations 3……. the Lord’s body today is the place where those baptized into Christ reside. The temple veil was cut open and the Old nation was left behind. Indeed, the modern day jews aren’t even blood relatives of the people of Palestine.
The original seven churches in those cities are gone today: Ephesus, Smyrna, Thyatira, Pergamos, Sardis, Philadelphia, Laodicea; all lost their lampstands.

Brother Nathanael, one of the best videos.

It is the Revelation of Jesus Christ to John, not the Revelations.

I need to buy more lamps. STAT!
