How To Spot An Atheist
First—An Atheist Is Anti-Science
An atheist says there is no God.
Yet he can’t tell you how he himself exists, except from an ape, or big bangs, or a splatter of atoms.
Ask him to prove it and he’ll quote Darwin who laid out a theory left for others to validate.
So far nobody has.
For the classic scientific method of testing a hypothesis through “experimentation” has not shown that we are descended from apes, big bangs, and splatters of atoms.
The existence of God needs no scientific method.
“All men know God,” says St Paul, “but refuse to glorify Him, riddled with vain imaginations, their foolish hearts darkened.”
“The atheist is a fool,” the prophet David reiterates, “laden with abominable sins.”
Cut to the chase, don’t debate, arguments are a waste, tell the atheist to repent.
Second—An Atheist Twists History
An atheist is a windbag.

Jesus is not a “symbol.”
He’s God become man to save rich and poor, prosperous and distressed.
The Cross is a symbol—not of the poor and suffering—but of the conquering of death by Jesus, Who died for our sins and rose again that all may live forever.
The Roman Empire that Chomsky cites, known as Byzantium, was a guardian—not a dictatorship—of vibrant, autonomous Church realms:
Jerusalem, Alexandria, Antioch, Rome, Greece, Constantinople.
As for Constantine, he fought against Maxentius who forbade the restitution of Christian property.
“With This Sign Conquer!” a voice showing the Cross appeared to Constantine.
With the Cross now on his soldiers’ shields, St Constantine The Great overpowered Maxentius, restored the properties of Christians, and liberated the Church from the long-standing ‘Diocletian’ persecutions.
Henceforth many martyrs—persecuted by the rich, the privileged, the powerful, throughout all history—are pillars of the Church to this very day.
Chomsky’s drivel is mishegoss.
Third—An Atheist Is Illiterate
He pretends to know Scripture but lobs a passage here and there on impulse and a whim.
He’ll tell you that Jesus never claimed to be the Messiah.
Yet when the woman at the well questioned who the Messiah would be, Jesus answered:
“I Who speak to thee am He.”
The atheist will shriek, “But Jesus never said he was God!”
Yet Jesus did say:
“Before Abraham was I Am.”
Thus affirming His eternity, and identity with the Divine Name, “I Am That I Am,” revealed to Moses at the burning bush.
Best not use Scripture with an atheist.
